Lead Pastor

Jon has served as our lead pastor here at Eufola since January of 2025. He and his wife Kristina have been married for nearly 15 years and are blessed with three beautiful children: Raegan, Dawson, & Hunter.

Jon has served in pastoral ministry since 2008, fulfilling various roles, including: worship pastor, associate pastor, executive pastor, and spiritual formation pastor. He has a passion for teaching God's Word and mobilizing the local church to advance the gospel of Jesus. He serves and leads from the heart as a relational leader, and is by nature an intentional encourager and authentic friend. He has also been a business owner since 2007, where he enjoys engaging in the community, and serving the needs of people!

Worship Pastor

Matt serves as an assistant pastor, as well as our worship pastor. He and His family have been at Eufola since 2018. Matt has over 10 years of experience leading worship and choirs, and has a passion for developing the church to bring their best each Sunday in worship. He and his wife, Ashley, have four children: Bella, Bennett, Blakely, and Brooks. The Bakers have made Statesville their home since 2024. You can catch Matt on the golf course (usually being beaten by Pastor Coleman!) on his day off. He also enjoys catching up on shows with his wife, and watching Carolina basketball!

Assistant Pastor

Coleman and his family came to Eufola in 2021. With over 20 years experience in Christian education and administration, Coleman brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to our Eufola families each week in the areas where he serves. He and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Hickory, NC, and have three children: Zac, Nic, and Gracie. You can usually catch Pastor Coleman on the golf course (usually beating Pastor Matt), or keeping his lawn the greenest in the neighborhood!

Eufola Kids Directors

Tristin and her husband, Steven, lead one of our fastest growing ministries at Eufola–Eufola kids! Their heart for service is evident in their love for all the Eufola Kids that come through each week. They have two children: Cameron and Emma, and call Statesville home. In their free time, they enjoy being in the kitchen together cooking, and Steven, a part-time barber, enjoys cutting hair on the side as well.

Leadership Team

Our Ascend Students are led by a team of Jesus-loving, dedicated volunteers, comprised of couples from all walks of life. Each Wednesday you can find them serving our teens and leading in other ministries at Eufola on Sundays.

Administrative Assistant

Melanie Brown and her family have been at Eufola for over ten years. With a background in education, Melanie’s organizational experience serves her as the Administrative Assistant to our Pastors. She also helps lead various ministries within our church, leading ladies’ small groups, and helping lead our care ministry. She and her husband, Jeremy have 3 children: Bethany, Brylee, and Belle, and one grandson, Leon! In her free time, Melanie enjoys being a “Lolli” to Leon. She also enjoys cooking and baking, which all the staff happily enjoy!

Nursery Director

Tiffany Schramm serves as our Nursery Director at Eufola. She and her husband, Steve, came to Eufola in 2019, and have served in many capacities since that time. The Schramms have four children: Ryker, Jaxon, Emery, and Tilly, and also live in Statesville. In their spare time, Tiffany enjoys graphic design, reading, and going to museums with her family.

Social Media/ Photography

Kendayl serves as our church photographer, as well as our social media manager. Kendayl, and her husband, Josh, have two children, and enjoy thrifting, hiking, and crafting. You can find Kendayl behind the camera on Sundays capturing the wonderful spirit of Eufola! Be sure to smile if she's around!
